My name is Escherichia coli or E.coli in short. I am a bacterium. Some strains of E.coli are harmless, but some of my sisters can cause serious food poisoning in humans. I am also an indicator of fecal contamination and one of my most favorite foods is meat. What else do you need to know about me?
